little ballerina

possibly the most expensive trip to a beach ever
We spent Sunday at Paradise Cove by way of the PCH, Malibu. It was a very pleasant way to spend a Sunday as it was really really hot (92 degrees) which was luckily tempered by the haze. We did wait 2 hours for lunch and were then stung by lunch which we had gone for to get the parking validation and then missed the validation time slot so had to pay for a full days parking too. Yikes could have bought some fantastic shoes with that $$$. That is Malibu for you.
We went on the Carousel on the pier - me, Mummy and Sophie. We went round twice. The first time I sat with my Mummy and Sophie in the carriage (Sophie was sick coz it went round and round), and the second time I went on a horse all by myself.

Q: So what is it like where you are?
day in the life of two monkeys
Mummy is being driven around the proverbial bend/fork/twist in the road and is wondering how other mummies or mommies keep their mind and their tempers?? I think that Mummy snapped today over a pretzel: I (Scarlett) ate a big breakfast and then within 30 minutes wanted a pretzel from wertzers and cried and whined and begged for it, and then when I'd eaten half of it with chewed pretzel still hanging in my mouth, I decided to cry and sulk and shout at Mummy to get me another one.
