We stayed at the Mauna Lani hotel which was a lovely spot on the west coast of the big island of Hawaii. The girls woke bright and early (5.45) so I was able to enjoy the sunrise from our balcony. Of course we were greeted with the traditional flower lei garlands and fruit cups.
